01 When is it appropriate to schedule a virtual visit?
Virtual visits are appropriate for a variety of care needs, including routine follow-up visits, chronic disease management, medication management, reviewing test or lab results, and lifestyle coaching.
02 What do I need for a virtual visit?
There are a couple technological requirements we suggest to ensure you have a seamless experience. Make sure you are using a device with a webcam, microphone and strong internet connection, such as a laptop, mobile phone or tablet.
Once you schedule a televisit, you will receive an email with a link that connects to the provider once it is time for your appointment. You can also log in to your patient portal to start the visit. 03 Who can I contact for help?
We advise that you check your device and televisit link in advance to avoid any delays in your appointment time. If you have any technical issues, please reach out to our office. We will do our best to help address any issues in advance of your visit.
